With over 23 years of professional experience, Dacy specializes in luxury hair extensions, healthy hair, hair restoration, thinning and hair-loss solutions, and beautifully customized looks designed around each client’s natural hair, lifestyle, and vision. Her approach combines technical precision with artistry to create seamless, natural-looking results while providing a private and comforting experience for clients navigating hair concerns. Brittney brings over 9 years of experience in aesthetics and skincare, along with her background as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Her specialty lies in personalized skin care, corrective treatments, skin of color, acne, hyperpigmentation, aging concerns, and overall skin health. Her nursing and aesthetics background allows her to approach every treatment with education, intention, and a deeper understanding of the skin. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect the salon's scheduling policies. Please take a moment to review our requirements for cancellations and rescheduling:
Deposits
• Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Transferability: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be applied toward a future service, provided you notify us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If more than 10 minutes late for appt your appt will be cancelled and your deposited will be forfeited.
We understand that life happens; however, last-minute changes significantly impact our schedules.
• Outside the 12-Hour Window: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result the possibility of not being able to rebook.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in the possibility of not being able to rebook.
How to Reschedule
To ensure your deposit remains valid for a future booking, please manage your appointment through our booking site or contact us directly at least 12 hours in advance.
